The Industrial Emergency Department is a 24/7 service designed for industrial customers.
We help customers with critical tasks, for example when equipment breaks down or unforeseen incidents occur that prevent the planned production or delivery.
For customers, there are often large sums of money at stake when something unexpected arises, and here the Industrial Emergency Department helps customers resume operations quickly and efficiently.
The personnel in the Industrial Emergency Department come from AVOS and AVOS-Onsite and the “medics” in our emergency room are therefore skilled engineers, industrial technicians, smiths and fitters.
What do we do?
The Industrial Emergency Department has just one primary purpose:
to get our customers back into operation quickly, thereby avoiding costly downtime and loss of production.
We help our customers 24/7 when it really matters. We manufacture, repair and install mechanically manufactured components.
This can be anything from parts to process equipment, piping systems, crane components, transport and lifting equipment, parts for ships, etc.
The common thread is that it is all mechanical work, and everything is manufactured or assembled in steel, stainless steel or metals.

The Industrial Emergency Department has a full AVOS stock of raw materials available 24/7.
This applies to both steel bars and sheet materials, but equally importantly, it includes the entire AVOS stock of tools and consumables.
Even larger and sometimes also quite complex items are manufactured or repaired by the Industrial Emergency Department, as the entire AVOS machine park is available 24/7.

The Industrial Emergency Department is based at AVOS’ two locations in Kalundborg, from where we serve customers across all of Denmark.
